Absolutely! We're based in North London, meaning our Audio Guestbook is available for hire all across London, Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and many more. We can also offer dry hire (where you collect and return the equipment to us) from our North London unit - please contact us for more information if you're interested in hiring this way.
Physical Guestbooks often come with Photo-based services, such as the Classic Booth or Vintage LuxBooth. However the Audio Guestbook is a totally different service. How it works is that your guest(s) will pick up the phone, hear a pre-recorded instruction message, and then record their voice message for you to hear. The recorded Audio files will be sent to you within 2-3 working days of the event.
Great question! We'd recommend not placing the Audio Guestbook too close to the DJ or Band, as the sound is likely to be overwhelming. The phone will still capture the Audio if guests speak loud enough, but it may be a loud/distorted mix of both. If possible, we'd recommend placing this at the other end of the room, or ideally in a separate room or lobby entirely - ensuring the cleanest Audio possible.
Absolutely! The Audio service works brilliantly alongside many of our booths, including the Vintage LuxBooth and others. Please ensure it is placed in a section of the venue with low to medium background noise, to ensure the audio output is of high quality.
